Eight Items to Record at Your First Rebar-Line Trial
A reviewable trial record covers material, demand, configuration, timing, quality, operator tasks, destinations and exceptions. Separate observations from functions not demonstrated and documents still to be supplied.
After a trial, purchasing staff often need to brief equipment, production, materials and management colleagues. A shared record reduces later questions about loading time, handling tasks and the configuration actually demonstrated.
Capture eight items

Separate observations from supply scope
Record the performance of the configuration demonstrated. List downstream options, interfaces and extensions not shown as follow-up items. Keep the continuous recording, task ID and measurements for internal review.
Request the delivery information
Ask for the contracting entity, supply list, site provisions, software licensing and interfaces, installation and training arrangements, wear parts and maintenance plan. Clarify what the quotation includes and what the customer must provide.
